Bio

I am a visual storyteller and photographer based in Corpus Christi, Texas, creating emotive work centered on the wildlife and shorelines of the Coastal Bend. My practice blends poetic documentary storytelling with a conservation-forward lens, focusing on behavior, natural texture, and the subtle evidence of human impact within coastal habitats. Through my ongoing collections, I aim to build local reverence and responsibility by helping viewers see the Coastal Bend not as scenery, but as a living ecosystem worth protecting.

My work is rooted in visual storytelling, shaped by a deep attachment to the planet and everything in it. I’m drawn to the quiet moments that are easy to overlook—stillness between movement, the small details that make each species unmistakable, and the natural behaviors that unfold when humans aren’t part of the scene.

Through clean, textured imagery and a balance of intimate portraits and open negative space, I aim to create photographs that feel calm, honest, and deeply present.

While beauty is central to my practice, I’m equally interested in what that beauty asks of us. The landscapes and wildlife I photograph exist alongside human influence, and I document that reality when it appears—sometimes subtle, sometimes unmistakable—because it is part of the story of living ecosystems.

My goal is not to dramatize nature, but to witness it with care and clarity, creating work that invites connection, respect, and responsibility.

At its core, my photography is a love letter and a record:
an ongoing archive of the places and lives that shape the planet, and a reminder that what we learn to notice is often what we choose to protect.
