Reading the Water — Matted Print

All orders are packaged and shipped with care from my studio on a once-per-week shipping schedule.

Estimated processing times

• Matted Prints: 3–5 business days

• Canvas Wall Art: 7–10 business days

• Small Goods (magnets, stickers, postcards): 3–5 business days

Shipping

• US shipping only at this time

• Shipping is calculated at checkout

• You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships

If you ever have a time-sensitive request (gift, trip, etc.), message me before ordering and I’ll tell you what’s realistic.

Because each item is made and packaged with care, I keep returns simple and fair.

Prints + Canvas Wall Art

All prints and canvases are final sale due to the made-to-order nature of fine art products.

That said — if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I will make it right.

If something arrives damaged:

• Email me within 48 hours of delivery

• Include:

  • your order number

  • a photo of the damage

  • a photo of the packaging

• I’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation

Small Goods (Magnets, Stickers, Postcards)

If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.), contact me within 48 hours and I’ll take care of it.

I totally get it — sometimes you click “buy” and immediately regret your life choices.

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase (as long as the order hasn’t entered production).
After that, I may not be able to cancel or change it.

Matted Prints

• Keep prints dry and away from humidity

• Avoid direct sunlight for long periods (coastal light is beautiful… and aggressive)

• Frame behind glass for best long-term protection

• Handle by the edges when possible

Canvas Wall Art

• Hang indoors in a stable environment

• Avoid direct sunlight + high humidity

• Dust gently with a dry microfiber cloth

• Do not use cleaning sprays or harsh chemicals

Stickers

• Best applied to clean, dry surfaces

• For water bottles: hand washing helps them last longer

Magnets + Postcards

• Keep magnets away from delicate electronics

• Postcards can be framed, pinned, or mailed the old-school way (I support all three)

I edit my work carefully, but screens vary.

Colors may look slightly different depending on your monitor, phone brightness, and lighting in your home.
That’s normal — and I do my best to keep prints true to the mood of the original scene.

All photographs are protected and remain the property of Sarah Wilhelm Photography.

Purchasing a print, canvas, or product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

This means:

• No copying, scanning, reselling, or reproducing

• No use for commercial purposes without written permission

• No selling “digital versions” of the artwork
